In the living room, there will be a Nest thermostat that will control the common spaces, and first floor. There will be a thermostat in each bedroom, and one in the office. The idea will be to rely on superior insulation to provide a constant indoor temperature. In the Summer, it will be as warm as tolerable, and in the Winter, as cool as tolerable. This will mean the system will have to work less to get to the desirable temperatures.
