There will be a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub. In the case of the sink, there will be enough space to support a water bowl for shaving, and space enough for shaving cream and razors. The toilet will be a dual flush toilet. The shower will be full size, and have a seat for sitting – therefore make it more useful for when age creeps in. And there will also be a full size tub which will be able to support a 6′ (188cm) tall person.
The bathroom will be available for both bedrooms – therefore requiring some negotiation on the use of the bathroom if there was a room-mate or overnight guest.
